Define Your Values

You can state your values on the About us page. This is the perfect way of the description of your values. When people clearly know about the brand, they trust it.
Be Honest with your Customers
Honesty is always the best policy. We all know about it. So fulfill the customer’s expectations. Deliver the product within the due date and never send the wrong product. Customers wait for their order after placing it so please do not waste their time. Take the real and clear pictures of the products and don’t do any enhancement in colours and contrast. It would be a very unethical action to show a different thing and send a very strange thing totally opposite to the expectations. So please care about your reputation and customer’s expectations.
Make Clear Policies
Your policies should be clear and straightforward. Clearly define everything about your brand and policies. There should not be any hidden policies for the customers. These policies establish your trust in customers. In the case of online shopify store there are two kind of policies that should be clearly define:
- Return policy: clearly tell your customers that in which cases they can return the product like if the product is broken or the color is totally changed as compared to the picture etc
- Shipping Policy: Make a clear shipping policy in which you should describe that in how many days the customers can get their product and what shipping charges will be. There should not be any hidden shipping charges. If you do so you’ll just tease your customers.
Provide Good Customer Support
The customer support should be very friendly. Whenever your customers want to ask any question from you, reply with a happy reaction and try to understand their problem. Provide them a good solution for their problems and make sure that your customers are satisfied from your response or not.
Customer’s feedback is very important for you. First of all it tells you about your current mistakes or weaknesses and by correcting those mistakes you can grow fastly. Secondly it builds your trust on upcoming customers. When they see good ratings of you, they are attracted towards your brand.
You can get feedback in two ways like star rating or in the form of text. We suggest that you should enable both together.
